Description

DULAC DRAK’UL©
6 FT 9 INCHES

The self proclaimed ruler of the Dark Metal Aage, though there are many who dispute this claim.

Of the 400 men that master Jinzu slew in the land of Eraq [formerly Iraq]
Dulac is the only one who survived, barely.

Terribly wounded and surrounded by the bodies of those Jinzu slew, he survived
by cannibalism and an indomitable will, not revenge as some would believe.
The experience transformed him body and soul and his appearance grew more grotesque,
resembling more of a human bat than a man.

Yet his spirit was as stronger as ever.

The tremendous flow of chi in the sands of Eraq gave him the power to control
the blood of others or completely drain another body of it to sustain himself.
To do this, all he needs is a single drop of blood from the other being to touch his hand.

The victim need NOT be alive.

It took many years, but one by one, Dulac raised the men slain by master Jinzu.
Afterwards, he and his army became death to any village or province in their
way toward conquest. Along the way, he was smart enough to take in certain beings of power.
All were children at the time, their family slain by Dulac and his army.
Each child was brought under his control and each see him as a savior.
In time, each child grew strong and became trusted lieutenants of his dark army.
In time, Dulac finally felt it was time to confront master Jinzu.

Well aware of the cyburai order that protected their master, he laid out a battle plan.

The plan consisted of a fake army of people he had slain from different villages.

Expendable warriors that would allow the cyburai to be drawn out into a
stretch of land in Asia East. The land itself emanated an energy that acted
much like an electromagnetic pulse upon anything electric.
Immediately, the cyburai lost function of their artificial limbs.

In many cases, their sword arm.

It was at this point that the true army of Dulac, rose from
the ground and surrounded the warriors. The cyburai were all slain,
and each sword was claimed by a member of Dulac’s army.
Armed with the strongest metal in existence, Dulac and his army
destroyed the school and Dulac himself slew master Jinzu.

With the death of the cyburai, Dulac and his army laid waste to the eastern
provinces that were long protected by the sons of Jinzu. Having finally exacted
revenge upon the man that almost killed him, Dulac turned his attention back
to the west and then Asia East became a barren land.

With the death of the cyburai, word quickly spread of Dulac and his army.

The lands of the west, what was once the Americas, were all on guard for
Dulac’s imminent arrival. Largely used to small provinces and villages,
Dulac and his army were surprised to find that the lands of the west would
not be so easily conquered. The cyburai of asia east had a weakness that
he exploited, however, this was not so with the diverse states of the west.

However, slowly but surely, one by one, the states fell to Dulac’s
army, and soon, Dulac ruled much of the west.

During the middle of his campaign, the winds themselves whispered
word of a prophecy. “A sun of the east” would change the world.

Dulac could not allow this to happen, however, there was no one in
Asia east to challenge him, he had seen to that. There was only one
other east it could be, the city of New Brooklyn.

It was said that when the earth released its energy upon man,
there were places in existence that were blessed more so than the others.
Places where the amount of chi was far more abundant thus strengthening those who lived there.
New Brooklyn was one of these places. Every inhabitant was powerful
and then there were the elite of Brooklyn who were the strongest by far.
It was possible that together, these elite could defeat even his army.
To make matters even more difficult, new Brooklyn was a domed city.
The dome was built to keep invaders out and the chi in.

There was no way for Dulac to storm the city, so he devised a plan to take the city from within.

Dulac offered a challenge to any one of the elite of Brooklyn.
A match that would take place directly out side of its city.
The elite were full of pride and all wanted a chance to fight the dark lord.
In the end, it was a young warrior named Bilat, also known
as the Ghost Dragon©, who was chosen to meet with Drak’ul.

The two fought, and Dulac feigned defeat.

His opponent walked off, barely noticing the small scratch he
received from the match. Dulac had thrown the match,
just to get close enough to draw blood.

Once the young man re-entered the city, New Brooklyn was doomed.

The ghost dragon poisoned and killed each and every one of
New Brooklyn’s finest and allowed Dulac’s men to gain entrance into the city.
All the inhabitants of Brooklyn were put to the sword, the only one left
was the defiant king of Brooklyn, Master Kelly. It took the combined
ability of Dulac and the ghost dragon to defeat the king.
New Brooklyn was now Dulac’s and so of course, the power within it.

But it was not to be.

Dulac found that the chi of Brooklyn only strengthened those from the land itself, no one else.
Dulac had the city destroyed and it was Tytane©, the god of strength,
who used his weapon to destroy the now weakened dome.

With New Brooklyn gone, Dulac gained an even larger hold on the lands of the east.
A huge citadel was built and the state of what was once the state of New York , was renamed Avalon.
This would be the dark lord’s central command. With much of the world conquered,
save for a few remaining states, Drak’ul directed his attention to deep meditation.

Questions plagued him….
What of the prophecy? Did he stop it?
The Dark Metal Blades of the cyburai, do they hold a secret power?
Once the world is conquered, what to do with it?

Much to his dismay, each question had the same answer; Time.
In time he will know all.

The present, finds the dark lord almost into his second century of age.
His martial skill perfected, he now draws chi energy from the earth to sustain himself.

This has had drastic effects upon the land.

The lands close to Avalon, have very little life and the skies are dark.
The other lands he has conquered have already been drained of their
energy so there are many dead lands across the world. His power makes
him very much a powerful parasite to the living earth, and after so many years,
the ground of the earth shakes again as many quakes pull apart the land.
If Drak’ul is not destroyed, the earth will perish.

Drak’ul could care less.

His children have grown older, and despite his control of them, after so many years,
There is some dissention among them. The word of this has spread to the remaining states,
and there is word of a mounting offensive against the dark lord and his army
by the remaining states of l.A., the southlands, and the Monks of Portuland ©{formerly Portland}
if these states band together, they well outnumber Dulac’s forces.

Again, the dark lord could care less.

The only thing Drak’ul concerns himself with is the prophecy.
The being known as the “New Sun.”

After living off the earth’s energy for so long, Drak’ul is privy to many things upon its surface,
and he knows this being, that would seek to destroy all he has built, still treads upon it.
